Rekisterinpitäjällä on tietosuoja-asetuksen mukaan velvollisuus informoida selkeällä tavalla rekisteröityjiä. Tämä seloste täyttää informointivelvoitteen.

• tiedot asiakkaan tilaamista palveluista ja niiden toimittamisesta

 

5. Rekisteröidyn oikeudet

Rekisteröidyllä on seuraavat oikeudet:

Tarkastusoikeus

Rekisteröity voi tarkistaa tallentamamme henkilötiedot.

Oikeus tietojen oikaisemiseen

Rekisteröity voi pyytää oikaisemaan häntä koskevat virheelliset tai puutteelliset tiedot.

Vastustamisoikeus

Rekisteröity voi vastustaa henkilötietojen käsittelyä, mikäli kokee, että henkilötietoja on käsitelty lainvastaisesti.

Suoramarkkinointikielto

Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus kieltää tietojen käyttäminen suoramarkkinointiin.

Poisto-oikeus

Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus pyytää tietojen poistamista, jos tietojen käsittely ei ole tarpeen. Käsittelemme poistopyynnön, jonka jälkeen joko poistamme tiedot tai ilmoitamme perustellun syyn, miksi tietoja ei voida poistaa.

On huomioitava, että rekisterinpitäjällä voi olla lakisääteinen tai muu oikeus olla poistamatta pyydettyä tietoa. Rekisterinpitäjällä on velvollisuus säilyttää kirjanpitoaineisto Kirjanpitolaissa (luku 2, 10 §) määritellyn ajan (10 vuotta) mukaisesti. Tämän vuoksi kirjanpitoon liittyvää aineistoa ei voida poistaa ennen määräajan umpeutumista.

Suostumuksen peruuttaminen

Jos rekisteröityä koskeva henkilötietojen käsittely perustuu ainoastaan suostumukseen, eikä esim. asiakkuuteen tai jäsenyyteen, voi rekisteröity peruuttaa suostumuksen.

Rekisteröity voi valittaa päätöksestä tietosuojavaltuutetulle

Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus vaatia, että rajoitamme kiistanalaisten tietojen käsittelyä siksi aikaa, kunnes asia saadaan ratkaistua.

Valitusoikeus

Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus tehdä valitus tietosuojavaltuutetulle kantelu, jos hän kokee, että rikomme henkilötietoja käsitellessämme voimassa olevaa tietosuojalainsäädäntöä.

 

6. Säännönmukaiset tietolähteet

Asiakastiedot saadaan säännönmukaisesti asiakkalta itseltään:

• asiakassuhteen syntyessä
• verkkolomakkeen kautta
• tarjouspyynnön tai muun yhteydenoton yhteydessä
• muilla vapaaehtoisilla tavoilla

 

7. Säännönmukaiset tietojen luovutukset

Tietoja ei luovuteta markkinointitarkoituksiin kolmansille osapuolille.

 

8. Käsittelyn kesto

• Henkilötietoja käsitellään pääsääntöisesti niin kauan, kuin asiakkuus on voimassa

 

9. Henkilötietojen käsittelijät

Rekisterinpitäjä käsittelee henkilötietoja. Voimme myös ulkoistaa henkilötietojen käsittelyn osittain kolmannelle osapuolelle, jolloin takaamme sopimusjärjestelyin, että henkilötietoja käsitellään voimassa olevan tietosuojalainsäädännön mukaisesti. Esimerkiksi verkkosivuston ylläpitäjää voidaan valtuuttaa poistamaan tai lisäämään tietoja.

 

10. Tietojen siirto EU:n ulkopuolelle

Henkilötietoja ei siirretä EU:n tai Euroopan talousalueen ulkopuolelle.

 

11. Automaattinen päätöksenteko ja profilointi

Emme käytä tietoja automaattiseen päätöksentekoon tai profilointiin.

• information about the services ordered by the customer and their delivery

 

5. Rights of the data subject

The registered person has the following rights:

Right of inspection

The registered person can check the personal data we have stored.

Right to rectification of data

The registered person can ask to correct incorrect or incomplete information about themselves.

Right to object

The registered person can object to the processing of personal data if they feel that the personal data has been processed unlawfully.

Ban on direct marketing

The registrant has the right to prohibit the use of data for direct marketing.

Right of deletion

The registered person has the right to request the deletion of data if data processing is not necessary. We process the deletion request, after which we either delete the data or provide a justified reason why the data cannot be deleted.

It should be noted that the controller may have a statutory or other right not to delete the requested information. The registrar is obliged to keep the accounting material in accordance with the period (10 years) defined in the Accounting Act (Chapter 2, Section 10). For this reason, accounting-related material cannot be deleted before the deadline has expired.

Withdrawal of consent

If the processing of the data subject’s personal data is based only on consent, and not on e.g. customership or membership, the data subject can withdraw the consent.

The registered person can appeal the decision to the Data Protection Commissioner

The registered person has the right to demand that we limit the processing of disputed data until the matter is resolved.

Right of appeal

The registered person has the right to file a complaint with the data protection commissioner if they feel that we violate the current data protection legislation when processing personal data.

Customer information is regularly received from the customer:

• upon the creation of a customer relationship
• through the online form
• in connection with a request for quotation or other contact
• in other voluntary ways

Information is not disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.

• As a general rule, personal data is processed as long as the customership is valid

 

9. Personal data processors

The controller processes personal data. We can also partially outsource the processing of personal data to a third party, in which case we guarantee through contractual arrangements that personal data will be processed in accordance with valid data protection legislation. For example, the website administrator can be authorized to delete or add information.
